These rules are for this site, and this site alone.
1. You all should know this, but please have regard to your fellow roleplayers, and behave yourselves..In Character, anyway. By that, I mean if you're character is often quiet, but you make them loud, change your character a bit, otherwise you're not playing who you joined as. So, kindly keep to your character. Respect your fellow roleplayers and administrators, who are marked by their character's names like so: [Co-Admin] & [Main Admin]
2. No godmodeling, and if you don't know what that is you don't belong on the site. This means you cannot, under ANY circumstances (unless a cat is wounded, a medicine cat can heal them) control anyone else's character, except your own! No exceptions. If you have more than one character on WS, and you roleplay them it's is neither godmodeling nor power playing.
3. Please, try to be as literate as you can!
4. Your character can look almost anyway you want (see Character In the Making.)
5. Please do not to powerplay. Powerplaying is not the same as making an all powerful God-like character ( nothing can stop the character, an they are "perfect" ) Those types of characters fit into the same catagory, however. Really, power role-playing
(powerplaying) is when you take control of another player's character without expressed permission.
- Example:
Rogue: "Rogue attacked Clancat, claws out and ready to strike. He was in a fighting mood, and had had enough of this annoying creature."
Clancat: "Clancat easily dodged Rogue's swing, which was slow and untimed and charged at him. Because he was so fast (bit of godmodeling for ya) he easily knocked him over, pinning the tom down, with his huge paws. Clancat bit him in the neck until dead.
6. Be active. If you are not on in 2 weeks without notifing admin, or posting in OOC on the correct board, you will be removed!
7. Little swearing as possible OOC and no swearing (cat curses: foxdung is alright in character, if not used in excess) as IC:
- OOC: Out of character
- IC: In character
8. No killing other characters unless they have agreed.
- For example: An roleplayer wants to leave the site or join as another character they may have their character killed off by they must send a message (Share Dreams) to admin first.
9. Here on SW, we won't allow characters from the book because most of them have passed on to Starclan, by now. This is a few years after book six, by the way!
-This means no daughters, sons et cetera of anyone from Warriors, got it? Thank you!
10. Please read all, and I mean all, -no skimming- of the articles, before placing an application, so you know the requirements etc.
11. This is placed elsewhere on SW also, but it deserves a spot here. SW accepts roleplayers from beginner to intermediate, so they can all get better. Sure, if you're more advanced, and don't mind being with a few less experianced rpers, thank you, and you can join us and have a ball. If you don't want to mingle with beginers (not N00bs, or noobs), then you don't have to. I'm sure there are plenty of other Warriors fan/rpg sites out there.
12. Please roleplay in past tense.
